Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 business day
- International shipping options are available to Canada with estimated delivery times of 5 to 10 business days.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the notification.
International Shipping:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon arrival in their country.
- Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@akcollective.shop within 5 days of receiving your tracking information. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address information.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
